Say cheese(cake)

With London well and truly back in lockdown it was great to be able to help Mr C and his carer this morning by doing his weekly shop while they are shielding. As well as various healthy meals and ingredients the list also included a delicious looking cheesecake which has inspired some cravings for my own weekend treat! After dropping off Mr C’s shopping I jumped back on my bike and down to the Excel centre for a quick volunteer induction ahead of the vaccination support missions coming up soon, impressive to see the set up and looking forward to helping the team there out.
