Since shopping for a local elderly lady in Hounslow I have maintained contact with her to ensure she has someone to support should she need any items of shopping or a local helping hand.

In a sad turn of events Mrs V's husband passed last week and she went back to her daughters to enable her to be with family at a devastating time. She has been in touch to ask me to collect deliveries for her in her absence and help out whilst she is away from home.

Mrs V has been very grateful and has been able to grieve with her family knowing she does not have to come home in a hurry to collect parcels and they will not be left outside her house.
