Saturdays are parkrun and nice people days

I ran to pick up S for the parkrun. We had a great chat and got to meet up with many of his running pals. We did a very speedy (for me) and very gentle (for S) 5k battling the sea breeze "I don't think its a breeze Katie, I think this is wind!" and enjoyed a lovely post parkrun coffee with other runners before walking back.
