Mr K needed a bit of help with his new smartphone 📱

He said he felt that he should be able to use it as he's a retired mechanic and very practical and he knows that 8 year olds can do it. I reassured him that there is definitely something about being over 35 that makes new tech hard to pick up!

We sorted out his email so he knows how to read and send messages. We also changed his notifications so he can hear them and checked that he could answer incoming calls OK.

We had a lovely chat about all sorts of other things too and installed the BBC sport app so he can keep up to date with the football news!
