Two GoodGym runners supported this week's junior parkrun. Several more had signed up for this community mission, unfortunately they were not well (not the C..., but another wintery virus). We wish them all better soon.

James ran 6 km to Woking park, Anne decided the weather was not ideal enough... You know who is a real runner now. 66 children, most of them in fancy dress, took part to the event 152 and the fastest ran in an impressive time: 6 minutes 50 seconds... A real champion in the making!

We all wished Adam the best for the Richmond 10 K this morning and cannot wait to hear if he managed a PB?
