Running for the Rainbow!
7 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help the Stanhope Hall Community and Well Being Centre in Birmingham.

Tonight we ran to Stanhope garden to do some weeding. James and Amy meeting us at the task.
On arrival we started the weeding, but after some rain we called it a night on the task and did some hills. Liam did attempt to shelter under a plant pot!
The group did 6 hills with jog back down recoveries. A rainbow came out, meaning the group ran up the hill to the rainbow! See the pics!
Once done we all ran back to 1000 Trades, thankfully the rain held off!
