2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in York.

Mr E needed an old mattress and some bookcases moving downstairs, a chair moving upstairs and a ladder moving from his garage to the front of the house.
Carl and I made short work of the task - after 10 minutes we left Mr E, happy that his old furniture is now in the right location and ready to be collected for disposal by the council.
