After arriving at Mr E's house, we quickly realised that the hall and doorways were too narrow to even begin carrying a sofa through.

However, his cousin pointed to the backdoors which were much bigger and said we could carry it back round to front. After taking all the cushions off, we lifted it up and carried outside...only to find the back gate was stuck. Luckily his cousin is a DIY enthusiast and unscrewed the gate so we could carry it through, round the alley and back to the front door and through the bedroom. Cushions back on and the same thing repeated with his arm chair.

Back in the room, we unloaded a cupboard, shifted it down the room and reloaded it to (hopefully) make enough room for Mr E's hospital bed.
