Mission

Rice and shine

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Ealing.

On today’s evening mission to help Ms M, I was blessed with glorious sunshine throughout. I must admit that the reason I picked up this particular mission was for slightly selfish reasons in that the run there takes in my current favourite route, through the beautiful bluebell woods. However I was of course also delighted to help Ms M get in some much needed essential items.

The list was provided in advance and it was filled with all the items that currently fill me with dread. Pasta, rice and toilet roll, it’s so hit and miss as to whether they’ll be in stock but I’m pleased to report I snapped up everything on the list this time round.

I’m sure everyone is sick of photos of shopping bags by now so instead I’ve included some photos of my route instead. And one of my face for good measure.
