Today, I used my run to help Mrs J get a bit more confident with technology in her home.
She had some queries about accessing her call history and voicemail on her landline, and then we spent a long time getting her more confident navigating and using Netflix on her TV. It was challenging, but we got somewhere and ended up writing some instructions she can use if in doubt again.
