Rain No Stopping Us Now

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Cardiff.

On what has to be the wettest day yet this year (See Mikey's new swimming pool garden for evidence), two slightly wary goodgymers made their way to help out Mrs. E. Upon arrival they were met by Mr. A who informed them that unfortunately Mrs. E was unwell so they wouldn't be seeing her today. We made our way to the back garden and started work, Mikey had been here once before so new the garden already, for Aimee it was her first visit. We agreed with Mr. A to do a quick tidy up of the garden as it was impossible to do much else in the rain, so we got to work picking up rubbish that had made it's way in. Mikey went rooting around the big apple tree to get some bits just out of reach, and threw them out to Aimee. Finally a pile of garden waste was placed in the green bin and the hour was over. We thanked Mr. A and made our way back, just time for a quick selfie.

And now to get ready for the Cardiff Goodgym Christmas Party!
