Racing around Raphael Park
1 GoodGymer made their way 5.0km in a race in Redbridge.

On a very sunny Saturday morning 300+ people gathered in a lovely Raphael park, Romford, to go for a 5k stroll, also known as Parkrun!
Besides the locals there was one red Goodgym shirt in the mix, partly doing some parkrun tourism, partly showing the Goodgym colours... there might even have been some recruitment in there as well!
Part 3 done of at least one different parkrun a month.... any suggestions where next?
