Unfortunately one of the runners couldn't make the mission as some contingency occurred. However, the rest of us decided 'let's go ahead!'---the mission required four runners originally. It turned out to be more straightforward than expected. Mr R welcomed us warmly and even talked to me in Japanese, my mother tongue. What a surprise! The single bed was situated upstairs and the staircase was rather narrow and steep with a carve near the bottom. So, taking out the main part of the bed to the outside became a bit tricky. We made a good use of bendy bodies, and good muscles to be able to hold it all the way. It felt that the daily workout paid off! The rest was an easy job thanks to the lift.
