4 GoodGymers made their way 8.0km to help the Abbeyfield Wessex Society and Abbeyfield Wessex Society in Bournemouth.

Four runners meet at the Westbourne care home where we put on a quiz for the residents which they enjoy Daryl supplied the quiz and was quiz master John supplied the hats for the evening which was fun Sue Marianne and John joined the residents on different teams John's team coming away as winners The residents enjoyed it so much they are going to ask us back next month they even want us to do a sing along which sounds like fun
