Went to collect Ms S's prescription in a very busy high street chemist. Despite the best efforts of me, Ms S and the pharmacist, her prescription wasn't on the system. Left empty-handed. Have passed on details of what happened so this can be sorted out. Sometimes things don't go to plan...
