Pushing Paddington Paces with Achilles International
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Achilles International in Islington.

Top running at Paddington Rec Track on Thursday evening with our Goodgym and Achilles International crew. Another bumper turnout for training during the Winter months. Plenty of new faces present following a recent UK Athletics hosted VI Guide Running course (set up by Chris Blackabee and PJ. Well done guys!).
We will return to the Emirates Stadium next week!
