Community mission

Puddle we do with this course? We're shallow, just run straight through them.

2 runners ran to help their local community in Birmingham.

A damper start to Saturday morning, and I set up the course at Perry Hall with Raul. Our customary walk around with cones made it clear that there would be some water jumps to negotiate today, which was alright for Raul as he was off to do a half marathon in the notoriously muddy Sutton Park. I stuck around for the 5k and saw the course record smashed for the second time in a couple of months. He must have glided through those puddles!

Enjoy encouraging new runners, running 5k as fast as I can, and doing as much good as time allows along the way.
