Priori-teas in the right place

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Croydon.

Mrs Y is new to Goodgym and had submitted her list in advance, but when I went to collect cash and bags she was ambivalent about the choice of shop. When I suggested Aldi she was delighted and added a couple of extra items that you can only source there. So off I went to Aldi, cheerful at first but with a nagging concern growing - her chief shopping priority (and the only one she had checked was definitely on the list) was Yorkshire Tea, and I wasn't certain that brand would be available in Aldi. Being from a family of Yorkshire Tea drinkers myself, I knew no other would do, and had resigned myself to a duo shop with a stop at Tesco for the all important item. But, Aldi came through! It had everything Mrs Y needed and, even better, the tea was 120 bags for the price of 80. I'm no mug, I know a good deal when I see one, so without further a brew, I poured myself over to the tills and, steeped in re-leaf, returned to Mrs Y with her 2 bags of much needed supplies.
