Prescription drop-off

Double delivery of prescriptions for Mr and Mrs R, who are still having to stay in for various medical reasons. Under normal circumstances, they are keen walkers who travel a lot, so isolation and inactivity has been difficult. Mrs R was very appreciative, and was interested to learn about GoodGym - she said it was very refreshing to hear about people like us! :)

Job done, I ran through Port Meadow to join fellow GoodGymmers for a litter pick - the most people I've seen in one day in months!
