On the penultimate day of our January litter pick relay I was initially a little surprised by the relative lack of litter around Paddy Freeman Pond and Playground. Did yesterday’s heavy rain dissolve it? However, just a short way away the car park, as usual, proved productive and I quickly filled my bin bag. Handing the baton over to Liz now for the final lap …!
