On a lovely sunny evening, the GoodGymer's were out doing there thing once again!

It was great to welcome Matt and Iain to the group tonight. Amy also took on the walk leader job, walking to our task spot.

We headed out from 1000 Trades, but to give Amy a head start to get to the canal we did 5 intervals looping around St Paul's Square just to get that heart pounding!

We then got plogging! So that involved walking a mile stretch of the canal, picking up litter as we went. By the end of it we had 3 bags full.

After dropping off the bags it was 'out and back intervals'. 30 seconds, 45 seconds, then 1 minute, all off 30 seconds rest, with 2 sets of them! Everyone worked well, Matt showed some great form, Iain worked well and Morwenna and Laura pushed each other along. Liam took it a little easier as he is recovering still after being struck by Covid a few weeks back!

Once done we plodded back to 1000 Trades.

Please check out the website for all the Missions this weekend (3 available on Saturday) and we will be back group running, on Tuesday next week :)
