4 GoodGymers joined Nathan Richardson who is running round all 92 football league grounds in England and doing a bit of "plogging" as he goes! Katie met him in Fareham to guide him on his run down to Portsmouth and Tony ended up running to Fareham FIRST to join them on their run in (after a bike tyre incident)!

Maura & myself arrived at Kingston Rec to welcome them to the plogging section of their run and final stretch to Fratton Park! There was a bit of eyeing different entry gates to try and catch their arrival, luckily Maura spotted them and ran to the correct gate as they were entering!

Maura brought several litter picks and bags to pass around and we got started, crossing Kingston Rec, going over the railway bridge, down pass Tescos and through the narrow path to Fratton Park's "main entrance" (there was a lot of debate on which entrance was the main one!)

3 bags full of litter and a meet up with a Portsmouth footballer Andy Cannon & another runner Sue (in some fancy colorful heels instead of trainers!) wrapped up our Plog Up Pompey and Nathan's Portsmouth leg. Tony & Katie (the super runners) helped guide Nathan back out towards Havant, which is where he is setting off from tomorow. While Maura & myself headed up after a speedy and exhilarating litter pick!
