So it's the end of the month again so that means one thing, Fit n Pick. For todays session it was cone work. This involed cardio, core and balance, oh and some fun!!! Once we got our breath back it was time to cleam up the beautiful Lamorbey Park. The litter pick took us along side the lake and with the weather being perfect it made for another lovely community mission. Thanks Team 🙌🏻
