Phone Talk

When I got to Mrs J's today, she was very anxious that her phone was not working. I rang her number and it was working fine, and we also checked that she could make out-going calls too. That set her mind at rest and she was in much better spirits after that. We also talked about her getting a smart phone, which I think would be a really good idea so she can keep in touch with her friends more easily.
