Phoenix on Ice!

2 brave Goodgymers ran 3km and leafleted for Phoenix Cinema
With Christmas party season in full swing it was just Jack and I tonight up in Barnet.
We were leafleting for the amazing Phoenix Cinema, which has been the meeting point for GG Barnet since the beginning in Summer 2016. The Phoenix is one of the UK’s oldest purpose-built, continuously operating cinemas. Beneath the vaulted ceiling which dates back to 1910, the history of film has been shared with millions of audience members.
We headed up to Highgate with 150 leaflets in hand. Chatting recent races, Christmas parties and Advent Running.
Covering four roads opposite the Highgate Woods area we made quick but slippery work of the leafleting! It was definitely icy out, encountering steps of black ice and more!
Thanks for the company Jack, great to be back in Barnet again this year!
