Home made mask in tow, I popped along to my local pharmacy to help Dr Khan and the team by handling all phone enquiries whilst they were processing prescriptions and tending to the needs of customers that had come in store. It's a hot day so doing a little to ensure the wait outside was short as possible was really rewarding, and so was being able to make an immediate impact on those phoning in for some reassurance on the availability of their prescriptions. A short but sweet task and one I will definitely be keeping up with whilst we are in isolation.
