Peter’s Parkrun Premier

It was wonderful to meet Peter for the first time today. Not only was he coming for his first ever Goodgym session but he was also there for his first ever Parkrun volunteering experience. We hope you enjoyed it Peter and that you'll be back!!!

Today, Karen, Kat, Nigel, Peter & Nicola undertook various roles to support Crewe Parkrun. Volunteers are a bit slow to come forward these days, so they were very grateful of our support. This week, Karen was Run Director, Kat was park walker, Nigel was pre-event set uo and funnel manager, Pete was a marshal and Nicola was volunteer coordinator ans barcode scanner.

Parkrun is always a wonderful, upbeat experience and its always a delight to be part of. Today was no exception. It was, as always, lovely to catch up with everyone and enjoy a lovely morning together in our lovely park.
