4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Sheffield.

Sunday morning - inspirational to see so many youngsters running 2K at the Olympic Legacy Park.
Supported by lots of volunteers, including 4 GG Sheff stalwarts.
Thankfully the Time Keepers turned up on time 😉
With a coffee afterwards at what must be the poshest Starbucks - check out Carbrook Hall - beautiful building with wood paneling and a suit of armour - also reported to be one of the most haunted buildings in the UK.
Great, as always, to catch up with fellow GGrs - with interesting conversations which ranged from Fibonacci numbers to Cillian Murphy's inability to be a British actor 🙄
