6 GGers ran to First Steps Orrishmere Pre School to paint (some of) their hut blue!

We ran nearly 5k before meeting the lovely Helen at the scout hut where the pre school is based. She had brushes & paint all at the ready, so we set to work.

We then did some fitness to the tune of Flowers by Moby (squats) and Roxanne by Sting (press ups, sit ups & jogging), before running the 5k back to base, with a wall sit challenge sandwiched in the middle. (Matt won!)

Next week is the 10th Stockport GG group run, and there's a social afterwards. All the more reason to join us!

Happy Running.

I love to be outside. I'm at my happiest skimming stones on a beach, or running somewhere beautiful.
