*On Saturday two brave souls rolled up their sleeves and painted their way to glory. *

Working with Makerversity it was our job to continue painting a new space that would be used to host workshops and startups.

People had been dropping like flies all morning with stories of illness and fatigue BUT the show must go on and that it did.

After an extended introduction to the GoodGym we set about the task at hand. Paint, paint and paint some more, paint till you have paint on your glasses, in your eyese, hair, beard, all over your clothes, your trainers, watches, jewellery and paint some more.

Tired? Sip that Kool Aid and keep painting. For ninety minutes that’s exactly what we did. We shared stories about how we arrived here, how we found goodgym and more importantly how exercising with friends, loved ones and strangers alike is a gift that we often take for granted.

After completing a 15 wo/man job with 2 people we smiled, high fived and took it to the bridge.

A fast paced blast down the Embankment, past Big Ben, hard left along Westminster Bridge, through the Southbank, up the magic stairs and across Waterloo Bridge.

A day that dreams are made of.
