Change of pace (literally) today volunteering at a 5K Parkrun at Oxford (Cutteslowe) for their 560th event. A spot of Tailwalking en-tailed a good chat in the sun, backmarking and collecting up arrows on the last lap. A personal best at this event in 543rd saving up for Brighton Marathon next weekend
