Out of the frying pan and into Parkrun
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

Louise led the warm up and then headed over to her marshal position. Emily was marshalling and found a patch of shade to hide from the sun while cheering on the 20 runners who attended today. Post parkrun iced tea was well appreciated.
