Out and about

This morning was bright and warm, ideal for going out on a push bike, and my scheduled visit for Mrs D was just the nudge I needed to get going. It's been a while since my last ride, and it felt good to be back cycling. Mrs D is as delightful as ever, she always welcomes my visits, and tells me stories. This time she recalled the days when she was out and about on her blue bike, a much loved present from her husband, and the times when the bike was stolen at then found. And the time when she fell off her bike because the wheel nuts weren't tightened enough... ouch!
