Our Good Seed for the Day!
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Tribe Youth Group Gardening in Leeds.

5 GoodGymers went along to the Tribe Community Garden today to support the Tribe Youth Group to give something back to Pendas Community Centre. We raked, cleared, dug up & planted some much needed plants for spring/summer.
The Tribe Youth Group is the Leeds Child Friendly Leeds Youth Group of the Year for 2020 and offers 75 young people in the East Leeds area the opportunity to make a difference to themselves and the community they live in through creative, health, lifeskills and social action projects.
4 out of 5 of us had never been to a GoodGym session before (including me). It was great to meet everyone & to get outside in some fresh air. I can't wait until the next one now :)
