Well we woke up to snow in Bexley, so it was not surprising that when the evening arrived it was a tad chilly and numbers were a little low for our task ahead. Thankfully for those of us brave enough we were heading out to a nice warm indoor task, yay!!! As the three of us were of equal running capabilities our aim was to push the run as fast as we could to our destination, Welling High Street..........With a lovely warm greeting and glass of refreshing water we had a big painting task ahead of us. Cheryl ** got straight to work on the skirting boards as **Neil and i conquered the area just above the front windows. Okay, we were a little light on man power this evening but that didn't mean we were about to leave a job half done, so with the extra time we made up by our quick run, and the awesome team work, we totally smashed it........... Thanks so much to the ladies at the Community Hospice Shop Welling for looking after us with refreshments, (and a warm shop). We hope you love the work we done. It really did brighten up the whole area of the shop. Before signing of for another week i have a couple of shout outs. Well done to all the Goodgymers who completed the 10K Winter run Sunday. It was a brilliant day. Massive Happy Birthday to Sarah, hope you had an awesome day. Next week we have a big tree cutting task to give us a good workout. So don't forget to sign up and join us. Have a great week everyone ...........
