This was my first time meeting Ms O and we got on so well that I totally forgotten the time until it was nearly the dinner time and I needed to depart.

Ms O was cheerful to see me for the social visit this evening. We talked about the weather, family, dogs, cats, movies and television drama. One thing we had in common was that we both enjoyed John Grisham’s books.

I explained Goodgym to Ms O and talked about my passion of exercise and running - including my latest adventure of running the London Marathon. Ms O was impressed and wished that she could run but she is suffering from respiratory problems. Ms O said she tend to stay in her room most of the time. Only yesterday when she managed to get out for a very short walk. I encouraged Ms O to come out of her room to get some fresh air and sun, have a short walk if she feels able to. Ms O is keen to build up her strength and be strong again as she was admitted to the hospital during Christmas last year.

I promised Ms O that I shall come back again to visit her soon and wish her a pleasant evening.
