One small trip to Tesco, one giant meal for Ms X

Early start today to get to Acton to help Ms X with some shopping. She is isolating with her whole family and they haven't left home for 4 weeks now.
Loaded with the shopping list, it was off to Tesco to collect some essentials for the week for the family. It was hard to avoid all the Easter chocolate on sale and a little bunny managed to slip into the bag as a surprise!
Another day of glorious weather and the shelves beginning to stock up again.
