2 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km to help their local community in Chelmsford.

2 of the Goodgym crew helped Parkinson's UK marshal at Hylands Park.
Richard Walker joined Ken at Hylands Park to help Marshal a running and walking event to raise money for Parkinson's UK. The event was split into a 5k and 10k run and 2 walks of 2 and 5 miles. Conditions were good and the park was looking great in the sunshine.
Congratulations to Parkinsons on a great event, I am sure they raised a good contribution to this important charity.
