It was a quick downhill 5km run to Mrs D's house, just across the Lambeth Borough lines in Southwark. After grabbing Mrs D's neatly handwritten shopping list it was off to the Co-Op. With a basket full of ham, olives, bread, quiche and OJ it was a short jog back to Mrs D's and then home.
