Off to the Co-op
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Waltham Forest.

I arrived at Mrs B's to pick up the list and a bag for life and off I went to the Co-op to get some essentials so that Mrs B could stay safely at home. On my return with the goodies we had a little natter before I said cheerio for my run home.
