Nothing beets Goodgym!

I was really looking forward to this task this evening.

While I was weeding I was thinking about the little joys of life. Two hours prior to the task I was buried in a mountain of work. I was feeling quite overwhelmed and I took a breath and said, "and it is okay". I think it helped and I knew this task would be a welcomed retreat.

I did a little bit of weeding in my short time and really got a lot from it. Joining me in the allotment were lots of creatures of various sizes.

This allotment charity could really do with some extra hands to help them with transforming this space.
