Ms A is isolating and has previously had a prescription collected by a GG Ealing member, Emily.

This time she had rung her GP surgery and they’d advised the order had been made to keep her going until October. But Boots unfortunately didn’t have any record of her prescription when I arrived to collect it. Ms A is going to check with her surgery this week and she was ok for now thanks to the last mission.

We had a chat on the phone instead, and we’ll rearrange the mission when the prescription is ready.
