Not quite down(stairs) and out(side)
3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

The mission involved moving Ms J's old bed outside for the council to pick up. The mattress was on the heavy side and the bed base was tricky but we got it down and out. We even had time to move the transfer aid upstairs.
