A little sunny, fresh 5k avoiding as many roads as possible...a bit muddy in places and the woodpecker near Bluebottle Grove and morning birdsong was nice.

There is always a dog/dog walker dodge needed on most runs, this time a dog called Betty abandoned its owners and jogged with me...as the owners shouted after it I had to turn back, run back to them or Betty would have followed me! #trainyourdogsbetter
