Mrs. M was quite feisty and irritable when I visited her yesterday. Her next of kin (an old friend) was also visiting, trying to sort out the home insurance and it was clear Mrs. M was not happy about any of it (especially not being in her own home). Bless her friend; she does so much to take care of Mrs. M's life admin.
