1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Hounslow.

Ms S needed a hand picking up some bits from Asda today so off I went (on two wheels for maximum time efficiency) on my lunch break to grab the bits she needed.
It seems like long gone are the days when you needed to worry about what might be available and I ticked off everything on this list with no trouble at all.
