No Parkrun? No Panic!

We may be socially distancing to help protect our NHS (& the wonderful staff who form it, who we're extremely proud to have as part of the GG Derby clan too!) but that doesn't mean we can't have a bit of running related "group" fun on a Saturday right?

I was delighted to see so many keen to take part in a "virtual" Parkrun, where sticking to a local route, the GG'ers ran their favourite 5kms & shared photos donning their red tees.

We may be physically separate right now, but taking part in a challenge together, sharing our routes & snaps, made us feel as close as ever again!

And there's nothing like a challenge to motivate us on a Saturday...
