No pain, lots of rain!
3 GoodGymers made their way 7.0km to help their local community in Stockport.

Last night's group run saw us STORM a 7km social and chatty run in the rain!
We set off from our usual Life Leisure base, with a fantastic newbie, Stanford who joined US from over seas!
We took a scenic River Mersey Route, with a mix of Abney park and paths. We chatted all things running, travel and food and made it round feeling refreshed, and wet!
