1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Nottingham.

Day 1 volunteering on the Winter Spine Race on one of the safety teams. Spent a lot of time in lay-bys so also got some litter picking done in between waiting for the runners to come through. All the athletes did amazing in some very cold conditions 🥶 Had a couple of call outs and some unfortunate DNFs, but DNFS just make you stronger in the long run 💪 met some lovely people- the trail running community really is something special 💕
