Mission

No Jim Morrison, but plenty of Doors

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Norwich.

Another very short run for two of the Emersons today - a three and a half minute run from Sarah's house. We made it a bit more difficult for ourselves by meeting up at Timberhill and fighting through the shopping crowds. Mrs J had plenty of jobs for us to do today, so we started with wiping down all the doors and giving them a good clean and dry, before moving onto the radiators. Our last task was to make Mrs J a lovely cup of coffee as she had a poorly leg and was struggling to get around. We left her to enjoy a sunny Saturday afternoon with a hot coffee and a (very noisy) Western film on the TV. We then decided that we should probably up the pace for the short run home and pushed ourselves a bit before I got to spend the afternoon shopping and Sarah (finally) got some lunch.
